As a person myself who grew up with limited income, I know the value of a dollar and understand that the parents I'm certain wanted their kids to enjoy themselves, but just couldn't afford it...or by chance religion, According to the article which I will post the links. The school over charged those who were able to attend anyway. My God, hearing the joys and laughs while the (let's just say it) poor watches some ole dumb movie...that they've probably already seen. I there were tears and sad faces. It also mentioned that one student thought they were being punished. Technically the school did punished them 'cause of their limited income.
On another note, it had to been planned in advance and the school already knew the income of the students parents 'cause it says they only had enough prizes for those who paid.
There were a few faculty members that were sadden by the outcome. The paid kids also received stuffed animal 'cause they were able to pay, but one teacher refused to give them out 'til she could add her own gifts for the underprivileged. Kudo's to her.
The carnival kids were also treated to popcorn afterwards so as not to hurt those who were punished 'cause of their income. Like they didn't hear the screams, laughter, and chatter outside. They're underprivileged, not deaf...though they're may have been a non hearing student at the school. I don't know.
I agree. The carnival was held during school hours making it FREE for all. The gold diggers should have waited 'til after school hours, or planned it on the weekend.

Tarzan Theory
Some say that Tarzan is Anna and Elsa's brother, but Tarzan's parents look nothing like Anna and Elsa's parents side by side. OK, some say due to being exposed to the sun can change hair color. I can personally vouch for that. My hair used to black, but through time it changed to auburn. There's no known back story to where were Tarzan's parents were headed as to Anna and Elsa's parents. The couple do look Irish..to me at least. I also came across a video on Youtube with Anastasia and Dimitri are Tarzan's parents who are Russian take place in early 1900's (least that's what I found). If correct both Tarzan and Anastasia then takes place in the 1900's, but again one is Russian while the other is English and Tarzan's parents look Irish.
It has been confirmed that Anna and Elsa's parents were going to a wedding (Rapunzel's), but there was a storm, while Tarzan's parents boat was on fire. On the short time Tarzan's parents were at sea and on the Island, changes could have occurred. Tarzan's parents were alive at least for a couple months or more for the tree house to looked lived in and their stuff washed ashore. Her hair might have change somewhat, but she wouldn't have turned into a full fledged redhead and going from blonde to brown? At least dirty blonde would be more like it. Its said that Frozen takes place in the 1840's. That's at least a 60 year difference. It also goes to say exactly as stated a wedding, they didn't die, they got washed up on shore in a jungle, gave birth to a son, built a treehouse, and was killed by a leopard...in that order as far as I know while Tarzan was apparently born on the ship, but yes a treehouse was built and his parents were killed by a wild cat. Tarzan and Frozen were directed by Chris Buck. Its more possible that he just used Tarzan's parents death as inspiration to Anna and Elsa's parents death creating a theory that's driving people insane trying to connect to people that look nothing alike. Is it working?
And lets not forget the supposedly ship in The Little Mermaid that Ariel finds. That takes place in the 1800's in Denmark (I believe. At least according to Youtube). That's at least a 100 years before Tarzan, but admittedly its around 40ish year difference between Frozen and The Little Mermaid. Years passed and Ariel is born and finds the long lost ship (that makes sense). But if Tarzan is the long lost brother of the Frozen sisters, what about that 60 year age gap? Tarzan would have been up in age when he met Jane and her father. So without a doubt to me, Tarzan is NOT the Frozen sister's long lost brother. Two different shipwreck's (One fire, one storm), and two different reasons for being in out on the open sea (unknown for Tarzan's and Rapunzel's wedding).

Jane & Belle
Are they related? Terk can be see using tea pots as a drum in one of the scenes which looks exactly like the tea set from Beauty and the Beast. Namely Mrs. Potts and Chip. Not to mention that the curse was lifted and Chip and his mother became human again as well as the others who were cursed. That would have left the castled nearly empty 'cept for the once cursed. Belle went shopping and had some things custom made? Could it just be 'cause of her English background and just a coincidence? Belle is supposedly set in the year 1770's in France while Jane is from England in the early 1900's (least that's what I found).
Both have brown hair and favor the color yellow. Their father's are a little out there...and let's on forget the Duke of Weselton also looks like Jane's father, but Duke Weselton is German. Frozen was supposedly set somewhere in the 1800's (there's a variety of dates, but 1800's kept coming up) Norway. For all of 'em to be related, like most family they spread out. Belle's grandkid have to have met and married someone from Germany. Someone real close (a kid, grandkid, sibling), met and married someone from England. Through time, relatives do take on traits of their ancestors which is possibly why they look so much alike.
Jane and Belle tamed wild men. OK one was cursed and the other was feral.
This is just my theory. Personally Beauty and the Beast is my top favorite, followed by Frozen, and then Tarzan. I'm a reader so Belle will always be my favorite.

Are Schools Going Too Far?
I have came across many articles on Facebook about young girls being sent home. One girl got sent home 'cause of the shirt she was wearing in honor of her friend that committed suicide, The school even tore down the memorial the student had set up. Another was a kindergartner who had on a maxi dress. How scandalous at that age. There was a girl who got sent home 'cause apparently shoulders are the new faze that guys are attracted too. What guy is gonna say how sexy your shoulders are? This young girl got sent home 'cause her gorgeous red dress was too revealing when it fact it was nothing more than body slamming. And this young girl got sent home 'cause Spring dresses are scandalous. The young girl to the right got sent home 'cause apparently sport shirts and leggings are scandalous.
There's probably more, which I missed.
Update. I have since added two more links. Check 'em out.

CSI: Las Vegas
After 15 years CSI: Las Vegas has come to an end. Las Vegas is the oldest of the franchise with Miami, New York, and the Cyber (the baby). To end the long running show, there is suppose to be a movie with Catherine Willows and Gill Grissom making an appearance. The first time I watched it was the roller coaster episode and was hooked from that moment on...'til the original cast member's started to disappear. I lost tract. I catch it when I can, if I didn't, it wan't no loss to me. Which to me was the downfall, but I really hoped it would outlast Cyber and my personal opinion on that, is the worst of the franchise.
My favorite character is Nick Stokes 'cause of his southern background. He had kind of brotherly bond towards Warrick Brown (my second favorite).
Grissom. To me, he was their boss, yes, but he did become like a second father to certain members of his team.
Sara. She was abused, so in cases involving that are always the toughest.
Catherine. Was a former showgirl who wanted to better herself..and wanted to make her daughter proud.
Warrick. As far as I know is the only one born and raised in Las Vegas. He also had gambling problem.
Greg. The youngest of the team and it showed.
Jim Brass. A former marine who has didn't see eye to eye with his daughter.
David Hodges. Kiss up especially to Grissom.
Dr. Al Robbins. Coroner.

Mother's Day
Its not about how expensive the gift it. Like Christmas, its the thought that counts. Just make sure you know the difference between what she needs (like a washing machine) and want she would like...GUYS.
For my mother I created a mini cactus garden.
Here's some gift idea's:
For my mother I created a mini cactus garden.
Here's some gift idea's:
- Flowers and chocolate. Never can go wrong...less she's allergic. Can opt for fake flowers in a pretty vase.
- Make something. That's always a winner. Its from the heart, even though the materials are store brought.
- A video montage.
- Shirts...which is usually easy to guesstimate. Fine a pretty design with something she likes.
- Perfume...as long as she don't have asthma.
- A nice supper. Make her, her favorites or take her to her favorite restaurant.
- And don't forget the Mother's Day card.
- And don't forget lost loved mother's on this special day.
